Before applying for a return or refund, please review our return policy to ensure your order is eligible.

Refund Eligibility

• Available within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Product must be unused or have quality issues without artificial damage.
• All parts and accessories must be included in the original packaging.
• If packaging is damaged due to shipping but the product works fine, we will compensate $10 for the packaging.

Refund Not Available

We cannot process a refund if:

• It has been more than 30 days since you received the product.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Products were sent to the wrong address or returned to sender.
• Cash on delivery was used.
• The item is an accessory, used, or personal care product.
• Packaging damage during shipping doesn’t affect the product's usability (we’ll compensate $10 for packaging damage).
• If the product is damaged and unusable, we will resend a new one instead of issuing a return.

Note: Please contact us within 48 hours if any of the above situations apply.

Refund Delay

For lost orders, we’ll submit a claim to the shipping company. This process takes 5-10 days. All Molly Cat Palace products come with a 30-days warranty. Purchases through third-party sellers should be handled directly with them.

Refund Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. For quality-related returns, provide a video as evidence.
4. Return the product and email us the tracking number.
5. Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Important: Do not send returns to the original shipping address. Contact us for the correct return address to avoid issues.

Canceling an Order in Transit

If your order is already in transit, it cannot be stopped. Contact us once it arrives to process a return. Note that all shipping costs will be your responsibility.
